*Attendance at Evaluation Day is MANDATORY.

The schedule for evaluations is based on school grade level. There is a 30-minute check-in period before each evaluation time slot for the players to receive their numbers and run the 40-yard dash, so please be on time.

·         3rd Grade last names A-K - 7:30 check in, 8:00 - 9:30 evaluation

·         3rd Grade last names L-Z - 8:00 check in, 8:30 - 10:00 evaluation

·         4th Grade last names A-K - 8:45 check in, 9:15 - 10:45 evaluation

·         4th Grade last names L-Z - 9:30 check in, 10:00 - 11:30 evaluation

·         5th Grade last names A-K - 7:45 check in, 8:15 - 9:45 evaluation

·         5th Grade last names L-Z - 8:15 check in, 8:45 - 10:15 evaluation

·         6th Grade last names A-K - 9:00 check in, 9:30 - 11:00 evaluation

·         6th Grade last names L-Z - 9:45 check in, 10:15 - 11:45 evaluation

·         7th Grade last names A-Z - 8:30 check in, 9:00 - 10:30 evaluation

·         8th Grade last names A-Z - 9:15 check in, 9:45 - 11:15 evaluation

·        Olympic (6th-8th grade) last names A-Z - 10:00 check in, 10:30 - 12:00 evaluation

Ending times are approximate. More often than not, players are done well before the end times shown above. We do our best to keep things running smoothly, and we appreciate your flexibility.

Please have your players wear shorts, t-shirt and rubber cleats (not tennis shoes). They should bring a water bottle, and we also recommend stretching prior to the dash timing.
